Traditional elegant white dry wine produced in the Veneto region. Made using a long maceration and a very slow fermentation method, done on the pomace, for the special elegant body and aroma.
White dry wine of yellow grain-like color. The olfactory note reveals the elegant notes of apricots and green apple aromas with lime notes. The taste is characterized by notes of fresh red apples, apricots and sunflower.
Made from a selection of grapes collected strictly by hand, with careful quality control. Grapes are harvested in September.
Vinification: Maceration and fermentation are done in the stainless steel tanks. The duration of the maceration is 7 days at a temperature below 6ºC, fermentation is done for 14 days at a temperature below 12ºC.
Each bottle has 1,1 kg of fresh grapes.
