Ca’Botta wines are produced without adding alcohol by means of natural fermentation. Fun fact: it takes around 500-650 to make one bottle of wine!
There are even more fresh grapes in our wine. For example, Amarone bottle contains 2.2 kg of fresh berries, Valpolicella Ripasso 1.8 kg. .
