Cajo’ Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG
Cajo’ is Ca’ Botta’s signature Amarone: deep, layered and remarkably composed, with ripe cherry and blackberry, dark chocolate, savoury herbs and spice. Intense yet balanced, it combines concentrated fruit with polished tannins, freshness and a long, dry, persistent finish.
