Signature wines
At Ca’ Botta, Signature Wines are the clearest expression of our way of making wine.
Appassimento is not reserved for Amarone. Across the collection it becomes a Ca’ Botta language, used with a different purpose in every bottle — to deepen fruit, build texture and savoury complexity, shape three distinct expressions of Amarone, give Garganega unusual breadth, and carry the richness of Recioto with freshness.
What connects these wines is not one flavour profile, but one idea of balance: ripe fruit, freshness, savoury depth and patient cellar ageing. Together they form the core of
Ca’ Botta: wines with individual personalities, made for the table and made to be remembered.
Concept wines
Concept Wines are where Ca’ Botta pushes appassimento furthest and asks the most of Fermentino Ca’Botta®.
Extended drying concentrates flavour and texture; Fermentino was developed to give wines of this scale the body and structure to carry that intensity with clarity, elegance and harmony.
Sparkling wines
At Ca’ Botta, Sparkling Wines are built around Metodo Classico. Grapes central to the estate are given time on the lees to develop depth, fine texture and the structure to stay at the table.
Alongside this Metodo Classico core, Prosecco DOC YM brings the classic immediacy of Glera — lighter, fruit-led and naturally suited to the aperitif.
ALTA Collection
ALTA Collection is Ca’ Botta’s high-hillside interpretation of Valpolicella, defined by ripe fruit, savoury freshness and supple tannins. Cellar ageing deepens that fruit and savoury character, adding breadth and definition.
Traditional wines
Ca’ Botta Traditional Wines bring distinct expressions of Veneto and Garda to the table: supple reds, dry whites and a tactile rosé. Each wine has a clear fruit profile and its own texture, with freshness keeping the flavours vivid beside food.
Together they move naturally through a meal, from aperitivo and lake fish to pasta, roasted meats and cheese. The family is connected by generous flavour, freshness and a confident place at the table, while each bottle keeps its own weight, texture and character.
