DNA analysis showed that in the process of drying Corvina not only loses fluid, but also activates unique genes (415 genes, according to scientists of the Verona University). Characteristic aromas appear as a result of this biological process. Varietal wines from Corvina have a rich ruby color. They are full-bodied and rich in elegant and fragrant aromas, among which the most noticeable are cherry, animal scents and balsamic notes
