Traditional elegant white dry wine produced in the Veneto region.
White wine of yellow straw-like color. The olfactory note reveals the elegant light notes of baked apples, white flowers and lime. The taste has notes of yellow apples and lemon peals.
Made from a selection of grapes collected strictly by hand, with careful quality control. Grapes are harvested from the beginning of September until the first week of October.
Vinification: Maceration and fermentation are done in the stainless steel tanks. The duration of the maceration is 7 days at a temperature below 6ºC, fermentation is done for 14 days at a temperature below 12ºC.
Each bottle has 1,1 kg of fresh grapes.
