Anton is the dark, velvet-textured red of Ca’ Botta’s Garda vineyards. Blackberry, blueberry and ripe plum give the wine a deep fruit profile, carried through a full, enveloping palate by soft, silky tannins.
The wine expands gently through the mouth, with freshness keeping the ripe fruit clear. Its long, rounded close leaves dark berries and the same smooth texture that defines the first sip.
Deep ruby red.
Blackberry, blueberry and ripe plum shape the bouquet. As the wine opens, cherry and wild berries give the dark fruit a fresher edge.
On the palate, Anton is full and enveloping. Soft, silky tannins create an even texture. Balanced acidity keeps the centre clear, and dark berries linger in a long, rounded close.
Serve Anton with beef brasato, roast lamb with rosemary, polenta with slow-cooked venison, baked rigatoni with beef ragù, grilled porcini or mature Bagòss.
Serve at 15–16°C.
