This wine has residual sugar of about 130g/l.
Intense purplish ruby red wine. The bouquet is rich in evolved secondary and tertiary aromas due to the long fermentation of dried grapes. This wine is rich in strawberry, cherries, cocoa, licorice notes combined with red fruits, blackberries, and plums.
The taste is sweet, rich in spices, cocoa, ripe cherries, and blackberries. This wine has soft and sweet tannins coupled with powerful, balanced acidity. This combination leaves a feeling of freshness and a desire to taste this wine again and again.
This wine perfectly complements aged cheese, dried fruit such as nuts, and preferably dry desserts. It is ideal for a relaxed evening. This wine is ready for use immediately after opening the bottle. Still, it is advisable to let the wine oxygenate for at least 30 minutes for optimal taste and a more elegant flavor.
