Intense ruby red color, almost black. The bouquet is rich in advanced secondary and tertiary aromas due to long fermentation with concentrated grapes. It is rich in notes of spices, black pepper, cocoa, licorice combined with notes of red berries, cherry, plum, and chocolate.
The taste is full of notes of ripe cherry fruits, blackberries, blended with spices, especially black pepper. This wine is very soft and elegant. At the same time, it has powerful tannins, combined with balanced acidity. The wine leaves a feeling of freshness and desire to try this wine again and again.
The wine is perfect for meat dishes, such as venison, red meat, and seasoned cheese. The wine is ready for use immediately after opening the bottle, but for an optimal and an elegant taste, it is advisable to oxygenate the wine for at least 30 minutes.
