The wine has a delicate and luminous rosé color, reminiscent of "onion skin," with sophisticated greenish reflections. On the nose, it is elegant and complex, with a bouquet ranging from notes of red fruits and apricot to white flowers, enriched by subtle mineral and brioche notes typical of long aging on the lees. On the palate, it is dry (Brut Nature), fresh, and vibrant, with a fine and creamy bubble. The taste is refined and persistent, revealing clear notes of pear and apricot, supported by a pleasant acidity that gives great drinkability and a clean finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs splendidly with a whole range of dishes. It stimulates the appetite with boards of delicate cured meats and fresh cheeses. At the table, it is the ideal ally for fish dishes, particularly with shellfish, salmon, tuna tartare, or a simple but delicious seafood pasta. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
