Le Renette is a dry rosé built around juicy wild strawberry and a fine tannic grip. The fruit is vivid and immediate, while a supple texture gives the palate clear definition.
That gentle grip keeps the red-fruit character present through a meal, giving Le Renette the substance to move naturally from antipasti to the main course.
Bright, luminous pink.
Wild strawberry and redcurrant bring vivid red fruit to the bouquet; delicate flowers and fresh green apple add lift.
Juicy and supple at entry, the wine gains tactile definition from lively acidity and fine tannins across the middle. A subtle savoury-mineral note emerges late and carries it to a clean, dry finish.
Le Renette belongs beside vitello tonnato, prosciutto di Parma, pizza with tomato and anchovy, grilled prawns, roast chicken with herbs or aubergine parmigiana. Charred courgettes with fresh goat’s cheese also suit its dry, lightly grippy palate.
Serve lightly chilled and pour directly from the bottle.
Serve at 8–9°C.
